Light green tea notes with floral accents and an exceptionally smoothe finish. The cup is lively and assertive with grassy notes, hints of light honey and subtle seaweedy notes. The natural sweetness of this tea makes it an excellent palate cleanser. The Changoi tea estate is pesticide and herbicide free. Nitrogen is used as a natural fertilizer to boost yield and ensure continuous crop. Traditional leaf grades for Japanese Sencha have been imported to grow in these superb conditions and the result is Kenya Zebra Sencha! The all natural farming methods produce tea of unsurpassed flavor and very high antioxidant content.

Mass Market teas typically have a 5-6% antioxidant level. This tea has an ultra high antioxidant level of 17.45%

Hot Tea:
- Boil water and let cool to 180F/90C
- Steep for 3 minutes (longer=stronger)
- Use approx. 1 tsp per cup
- To re-infuse use higher temperature/less time

Iced Tea:
- Pour 1 1/4 cups boiled water on 5 tsps of tea
- Steep for 5 minutes
- Pour into pitcher while straining leaves.
- For a quart of tea add ice & top w/cold water
- Garnish and sweeten to taste
