Note for mail in orders: New York residents must include applicable taxes
for mail order on all teaware. (please allow up to 4 working days for clearance
before delivery).
Security of Credit/Debit Card Payments
For ordering we will require the following details: Your Name, E-mail address,
Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date and Telephone Number. All orders will be
delivered to cardholders address unless a preferred delivery address is filled
in. All card details are encrypted via our shopping cart software system. This
prevents unauthorised access. After processing, all credit/debit card details
are removed from computer records/files.
Delivery (postage & packaging)
Upon cleared payment, (credit/debit Cards are immediate, cheques 4 working days).
Delivery is by air mail and should be within 7 days.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any of the goods please return them in original
condition for a refund within 14 days. Any goods damaged upon delivery please
report it to us immediately via e-mail for an immediate replacement.
If goods become out of stock after an order has been taken we will repay the
price of the goods or offer an alternative product. You also have the option
of accepting a later delivery.
Data Protection
iNo information will be given to or collected by any third party. Information
is only collected in relation to purchase orders, registration and email enquiries
and this information is used confidentially by ourselves to enhance future service.
If you do not wish to be contacted by Greentealovers.com then please send an
email stating "no information" in the subject of the email. All matters
relating to privacy or information can be related to us at webmaster@greentealovers.com.
Local Taxes and Duties
The customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes where applicable.

to take messages if we are not at the phone. Customer support can also be contacted
by E-Mail. Complaints will be dealt with within 2 working days.
Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
Any purchases or services from greentealovers.com is governed by New York State
Law will be deemed to have occurred in the United States .
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Greentealovers until paid for in full. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The placement of an order constitutes an agreement with the Terms and Conditions
as displayed.
